Reporting portal insights are included, and professional services are available as a paid add-on if you need extra support.

Do all packages include reporting/Insights?
Redflags and Redflags Studio come with pre-built reports that provide you key insights into how well your campaigns or interventions have performed, as well as a risk report and heat maps that will provide your team with user-level insights into where your biggest behavioural risks are.

Are there any packages that support multiple languages and segmentation?
Enterprise is currently the only tier that support multiple languages. Each tier has its own Team Management capability that allows a user to create and edit teams to segment users.
